How to submit a refund request
To request a refund, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your course enrollment details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.Our 15-day policy
While our 15-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk free, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 15 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window. Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. Once the refund is evaluated to be eligible and confirmed by our team, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
- Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
- Once you have earned your Course Certificate, you will not be eligible for a refund.
